Mark works in a broad range of litigious areas, but his particular focus is in commercial and civil disputes, employment, insolvency, administrative law and trusts and estates matters. He accepts briefs in trial, appellate and judicial review matters and has appeared in every Australian State and Federal jurisdiction.
From 2011, Mark has been recognised in the Best Lawyers International list for Litigation and in Doyle’s Guide since 2014. Mark is legally blind. He is the current Chair of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Law Society of South Australia and a recipient of the Law Society’s Justice Award.
