About

Following studies in Australia and overseas, and six years as commercial litigation solicitor, Arturo joined the Independent Bar in 1999. He holds qualifications in law and accounting.

He accepts briefs in a wide range of areas, but particularly in the commercial field. His main areas of practice are insolvency, trade practices, corporations disputes, building and construction, trade practices, commercial leasing disputes, equity and trusts and wills and estates.

Arturo takes a detailed and forensic approach to his briefs, whilst also keeping an eye on opportunities for commercial solutions.

Despite, but perhaps because of, his age, he considers himself an early adopter of a fully electronic way of working.
